Order Processing Times:


At HHS Shop, each product is made-to-order to minimize overproduction and contribute to more sustainable purchasing practices. Once your order is placed, it takes 2–5 business days to process and fulfill. Orders are then shipped from Printful’s closest warehouse to your destination.

Orders are shipped from Printful’s closest warehouse to your destination. Shipping times depend on product availability and the destination of delivery. After fulfillment, most orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and can vary based on shipping conditions and carrier availability.

Shipping Cost:


We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all our products. Please note, however, that if a return is required, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

HHS Shop have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For items fulfilled by our partner Printful, returns will be processed through Printful's return center. We’ll provide the correct address and further instructions once your return request is approved. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover return shipping fees. If a return shipping label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
